Your mission

At paretos, you’ll be part of a creative and dynamic marketing team, bringing ideas to life and making an impact. Your role will be diverse, hands-on, and full of opportunities to shape our brand and events. You will support in following tasks:

Unleash your creativity: Develop and create engaging social media (LinkedIn) content in both German and English to captivate our B2B audience.
Be the heart of event planning: Play an essential role in organizing our conferences and dinner events, including:
Ensure smooth communication with participants.
Keeping our planning smooth and structured by managing and updating essential lists.
Bringing fresh ideas to life by researching and coordinating with suppliers (think: food trucks, special venues, and more!).
Refresh and refine: Update and improve marketing materials such as PowerPoint presentations and other promotional assets to keep them sharp and impactful.
Stay on top of things: Ensure our CRM system is up to date and contribute to the overall success of our marketing and event strategies.

Your profile

Fluent in German and English (as we are an international company).
A natural talent for words and a sharp eye for tone and style.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks with ease.
A keen eye for detail combined with a flair for creativity to bring fresh ideas to life.
Experience with design tools like Canva (or similar) to create/adapt visual content is a plus!
